Family Programs
Sometimes it’s not only the person diagnosed with the illness who needs support. Often, families can feel isolated learning to cope with their loved one’s diagnosis. At Hope + Me, we know it’s important to educate and support families in the process of their loved one’s recovery.
Our Family Programs are for those experiencing the challenges associated with providing and receiving care for a family member. We provide support in a structured group format or a one-on-one setting for participants ages 16 to 65. No formal diagnosis is required to participate.
