Wellness Recovery Action Plan®

The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP® is a non-clinical program that explores key recovery concepts and provides tools to support well-being. This evidence-based recovery program guides participants in developing individualized recovery plans and emphasizes the principles of hope, responsibility, education, self-advocacy, and support, thereby equipping them to maintain wellness.

The benefits of participating in WRAP include the following:

  • Enhanced positive attitudes and increased knowledge regarding recovery and self-advocacy.
  • Increased preparedness, improved crisis planning, and a stronger belief in the possibility of recovery.
  • Development of effective self-care strategies that can be applied in daily life.

New Evidence‑Based Virtual WRAP Program — Accessible, Peer‑Led, Effective

WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is an evidence‑based, peer‑led approach that helps people build practical wellness tools, strengthen resilience, and create personalized plans to stay well. By removing barriers such as transportation, mobility challenges, and scheduling conflicts, participants can join a culturally safe, supportive space that fits their needs.
