Sunnybrook Family Support Group

Hope Me is offering free group peer support sessions to family members and those helping a loved one living with a mental health challenge, who has received or continues to receive support from Hope Me and Sunnybrook’s Department of Psychiatry or Family Navigation Project.

The group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM.
