With our new registration system, you can now create an account and view all your upcoming sessions in one place, saving you time instead of sifting through multiple e-mail replies from us.
You are also able to register for an entire month of your favourite drop-in peer support group at once!

Our Drop-in groups provide excellent support for people living with mental health challenges.
Peer supporters at Hope + Me have lived experience and are professionally trained in utilizing these experiences to help others in their mental health recovery.
Through personal experience, our supporters provide a strengths-based perspective to mental health recovery–empowering you to create positive change in your life.
Safe and Comfortable Spaces
Our groups provide safe and comfortable spaces for you to share your experiences and challenges in mental health with a group of empathetic peers. We offer several drop-in groups with a focus on various particular needs:
- Depression and Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Addictions and Substance Misuse, OCD, Body Image and Food
- Women’s, Men’s, Youth and Young Adults, BIPOC, Front-line Health Workers
- Family Members and Supporters group
- Skills Development Group

What We Provide You
- Call-in or online (virtual) video
- A safe space to discuss your experiences
- Support from empathetic peers
- Facilitation by trained support specialists
- Your choice to share, or just listen
- Empowerment to lessen isolation, stigma
